The model, drawings, schedules and visualisations all come from a single data source, which keeps the documentation consistent at every stage of the project.

Fix it in the model, not on site

A 3D model lets us check connections, geometry and the position of components before installation starts. Clashes are resolved in the documentation, not on site.

Clash found before installation

While modelling, we found a clash between the steel structure and a wall with a door opening. We raised it with the design engineer responsible, and the beam was repositioned before production and installation started.

What we do not do

  • We are not an engineering consultancy and we do not carry out structural calculations.
  • We do not take on design responsibility for the structural solutions chosen.
  • We work from the information and design assumptions supplied by engineers and designers.
  • We do not design or draw steel structures — our scope is panel cladding.
